Drywall compound is applied over the beading at the same time the drywall joints are finished. When the application is completed, only the door panel remains exposed. Our unique concealed hinge and screwdriver operated cam latches allow the door panel, which is formed with flanges on four sides, to operate freely with no binding, sagging or distortion.

Offers safety accessibility to roof areas through the Roof Hatch opening. Features: Adjustable hardware, installs on any fixed wall ladder. Locks in the upright position and provides the user with a firm grip. Fabricated from Aluminum, will not corrode. Install on a fixed wall ladder as required. Made of aluminum tubing and offers a telescoping section fixed to the ladder. The extended section locks into position allowing for safe egress and ingress off and on a roof.

The Acudor A-FPS Series aluminum floor doors are designed for interior and exterior floodtight applications where water may rise above the surface opening.The angle frame construction with 4" high horizontal leg allow for bolting to the concrete. The diamond plate door panel is reinforced to 625 pounds/sq ft (capable of holding up to 10 feet head of water). The door panel overlaps the frame, compressing the gasket, providing for a floodtight fit.
