A multi-family project in the heart of East Cambridge, Massachusetts, 22 Water Street was designed for today's urban renter.

The LEED-NC Silver-certified building offers 392 residential units with 2500 door openings and includes both commercial and residential door hardware.

Amilla Fushi is an island resort located in Baa Atoll and is made up of a range of purposebuilt island homes, including one- and two-bed Beach and Lagoon Houses, two-bed Tree Houses, Ocean Reef Houses and 12 Beach Residences with three to six bedrooms.

Finolhu has 126 rooms, 88 of which are over water, and a further 40 villa suites situated on a private island.

Both properties are located in Baa Atoll and can be reached via scheduled flights from the new Baa Atoll airport.

The new 80,500 square feet Sailing Center houses classrooms, a gallery, event space, locker rooms, a boat maintenance facility, and the junior fleet program. Keeping with the charm and location of the building, the door hardware was provided in a warm antique bronze oiled finish. Grade 1 3800 Series mortise locks, 4500 Series exit devices, 5100 Series door closers, were provided along with three-knuckle hinges, threshold and weatherstripping products.

The Burj Khalifa, at 2,723 feet, is currently the tallest structure in the world. Construction began in September of 2004 and doors were opened in January of 2010. The structure is home to 30,000 residences, 9 hotels, 19 residential towers, Dubai Mall, acres of parkland, and a 30 acre lake.
