COMPANY OVERVIEW

Answering an industry call for coatings that could adapt to ever-changing job site conditions, Kretus Group Inc.® was founded in 2007. Our mission has been to create high-performance coatings that meet contractors' varying requirements for each client's specific needs.

The name Kretus is derived from the Latin word for concrete, which is concretus, meaning compact or condensed. Based out of Southern California, we design coatings with contractors in mind and end users at heart.

Innovation began when our lab team developed the first of our mix-and-match modular systems: Top Shelf® Epoxy. By swapping one hardener for another, installers could adjust an epoxy's cure time and durability. Following its success in the field, our lab techs went to work formulating four more modular product lines to give skilled installers more flexibility and control on the job. And client satisfaction to boot!

Partnering with reliable raw material suppliers ensures that we can provide a high-quality product at a low cost. As a family-owned company, we're focused on building long-lasting relationships. By offering technical training classes, bimonthly Q&A sessions with our technical director, and on-the-job assistance, we strive to give contractors every opportunity to make their next installation a success

Hard Samples - Anti-Slip

Deliver customer satisfaction with hard samples and on-site testing. Hard samples allow your clients to see and feel their options. On-site testing—from prime to top coat—ensures your client's expectations for beautiful, safe floors are met.

Anti-Slip
Anti-Slip hard samples let your client see, feel, and compare different texture finishes. If a texture is too rough, an additional top coat over texture will result in a smoother finish. You can increase any KRETUS® System's durability and chemical and skid resistance with KRETUS® Anti-Slip textures.

Color Chip over Top Shelf® Epoxy

Use this sample ring to show clients the look and feel of the KRETUS® Color Chip System over Top Shelf® Epoxy color. To increase the system's longevity in industrial and high-traffic settings, an additional top coat may be required. Remember: Without Anti-Slip, additional top coats will result in a smoother finish.

Color Chip over Urethane Polymer Concrete

For clients interested in self-priming cementitious urethane, these samples show the KRETUS® Color Chip System over Urethane Polymer Concrete. In industrial settings and high-traffic areas, an additional prime and top coat may be required. Without Anti-Slip, additional top coats will result in a smoother finish.

Color Quartz over Urethane Polymer Concrete

Another system option for heavy traffic areas, these samples show F-grade quartz and are 1 top coat shy of a complete KRETUS® Color Quartz System. The additional top coat gives the system a slightly smoother finish and increases abrasion resistance. Smaller and larger quartz sizes may be available at select KRETUS® distributors, as well as KRETUS® Anti-Slip textures, which can be incorporated in top coats to increase durability, as well as chemical and skid resistance.

Va-va-voom! With their swirling 3-D effect, Metallic samples easily steal the show. Samples show all KRETUS® Metallic Pigment colors in Top Shelf® Epoxy, as well as 2 samples of a full KRETUS Top Shelf® Metallic System in Jade Green and Dark Blue. This system incorporates the UV-resistant properties of Polyaspartic and the durability of Anti-Slip Glass 70.
