Home Elevators - Freedom Hydro - Traditional Hydraulic Elevator

Freedom Hydro: The Freedom Hydro is an economical and reliable hydraulic home elevator. This elevator requires a nearby machine room to house the pump/tank and controller. This elevator has several options for cab finishes, gates, and doors.

Melamine or unfinished veneer walls are standard. Raised hardwood and glass walls are optional.
Capacity of 1000 lbs.
Standard sizes of 36" x 48" and 40" x 54". Custom sizes available up to 15 sq ft.
Travel speed is 40 ft per min.
Travels up to 6 stops and 50 ft.

Dumbwaiter - Jeeves Econo Lift

Jeeves EconoLift: These dumbwaiters are simple and cost effective. They are available in 2 standard sizes, with custom sizes available. The cab is constructed of birch plywood. The cab has a roll-up gate. Landing doors are available, but the homeowner usually provides doors to match the home.

Capacity of 100 lbs or 150 lbs
Standard sizes of 20"w x 20"d x 30"h or 24"w x 24"d x 30"h. Custom sizes available.
Travel speed is 30 ft per min.
Travels up to 3 stops and 35 ft.

Passenger - Hole-Less Hydraulic

Alliance Hole-Less Hydro:Utilizes two jacks, one on each side of the car. Single stage jacks are used for travel up to 14 ft. Two stage jacks are used for travel up to 30 feet. Pros: The jacks are located above ground, eliminating the need to drill a deep hole. This also reduces the risk of oil contamination. Cons: Restricted to a 2 to 4 stop applications. Also, the hoistway width requirement is slightly greater than in-ground elevators.

Home Elevators - Birdcage Elevator

The style for a birdcage elevator dates back to the turn of the 20th century. Many buildings at this time were designed with ornate metal elevators, referred to as birdcage elevators, which were operated manually. Birdcage elevators at the time were designed as square or rounded cars, but the actual “birdcage" feature came from being able to look out of the elevator car at the surroundings. Vintage birdcage designs for an elevator mobility system aren't obsolete, however, as many consumers look for an antique elevator to match the look at the feel of their home or business.

Freedom Elite: The Freedom Elite is a heavily upgraded version of the Freedom Green. This elevator has a larger capacity, larger cab, and sliding doors.

Melamine or unfinished veneer walls are standard. Raised hardwood and glass walls are optional.
Capacity of 1400 lbs.
Standard sizes of 48A" x 54A" and 40A" x 54A". Custom sizes available up to 18 sq ft.

LULA Elevator - Freedom Commercial

Freedom Commercial: The LULA is an ideal elevator for adding accessibility to churches, small office buildings, and other public buildings up to 3 levels. It is smaller is size than the Commercial Passenger Elevators, and much easier to integrate into a building. Meets ADA requirements, but will not accommodate a gurney. Must be approved by local authorities.

Only requires a 14" pit.
Ceiling height on upper landing: Only requires 106" for remodels, or 134" for new construction.
Standard cab sizes are 48"w x 54"d or 42"w x 60"d.
Travel speed is limited to 30 feet per minute.
Travels up to 25 ft.

Alliance In-Ground Hydro:The jack is located directly under the platform, in the ground. The jack is protected from the ground using a PVC liner.

Pros:

Material cost is less expensive than other elevators.
This is the easiest to install and is available in low capacity as well as high capacity applications.
Heavy freight carsvare typically always in-ground.

Cons:

The jack is located underground and oil contamination is possible, although rare. A PVC liner provide protection between the cylinder and soil.
Drilling a jack hole can be expensive, depending upon the ground conditions.

Stainless steel upgrade is available. The cab has a bi-parting gate. Landing doors are available in bi-parting, swing, or slide-up.

Jeeves Pro RST: The Jeeves Pro RST dumbwaiters are designed to meet the specific needs of restaurants. The cab, gate, and doors are constructed of stainless steel. Removable shelves are available upon request. The mechanical components are prepared for the extensive use that restaurants demand.

Jeeves Pro 500: The Jeeves Pro 500 is the largest dumbwaiter allowed by code. The cab is constructed of powder coated steel, and can be upgraded to stainless steel. A floor loading option is available, allowing carts to easily roll into the cab.
