IFR - Industrial Floor Repair

PROFLEX® Industrial Floor Repair (IFR) is a Portland cement based, polymer modified, fiber reinforced, rapid setting, one component, structural repair and leveling mortar. IFR is for interior and exterior restoration of deteriorated concrete elements and slabs. It may be placed into forms or used in horizontal applications. IFR may be used as an exposed industrial wear surface or as an underlayment for resilient, carpet, laminate, ceramic tile, and wood flooring

Unsanded Thinset Mortar - Pro Stick 22

Pro Stick 22 is a unsanded thinset mortar used to set non-absorptive (vitreous or semi-vitreous) tiles for interior or exterior use. When mixed with water it provides a suitable bond coat to adhere tile to plaster, concrete, and masonry surfaces. For added performance, PROFLEX™ Liquid Latex Additive may be mixed with dry set mortar. With the addition of, Liquid Latex Additive, Pro Stick 22 may be applied over exterior grade plywood and PROFLEX™ membranes.

Dry Set Mortar - PS 42L

PS 42L is a polymer modified dry set mortar composed of lightweight aggregates, sand, cement, dry resins and other proprietary chemicals used to adhere virtually all types of tile, especially large tile units, marble, and granite to acceptable surfaces. Due to its light-weight and flexible properties, PS 42L installations provide higher resistance to cracking than normal mortars. PS 42L is especially formulated to hold large units in place on vertical surfaces. PS 42L also reduces unevenness caused by setting of the tile when used on horizontal surfaces.

Polymer Modified Mortar - SUPER STICK

PROFLEX™ SUPER STICK (ANSI 118.11) is a polymer modified mortar composed of sand, cement, dry resins and other proprietary chemicals used to adhere virtually all types of tile, especially large tile units, marble, and granite to acceptable surfaces. Crack-Isolation Membrane - AF300

PROFLEX AF300 (Anti-Fracture 300) is a ready-to-use single component mold resistant crack-isolation membrane. AF300 provides a uniform surface with excellent elongation to prevent in-plane cracks up to 3/8™ from the substrate to the finished ceramic, porcelain, or stone tile. Perimeter Isolation Barrier - PIB

PROFLEX' PIB (Perimeter Isolation Barrier) is a low density polyethylene foam product. The product serves as a means to assist the installer in maintaining a 1/4™ perimeter isolation space along the perimeter of a flooring installation where a change of plane occurs. (Floor to Wall).

Hydra-Mesh

PROFLEX Hydra-Mesh is a reinforcing fiber mesh fabric that is used in conjunction with PROFLEX Hydra-Seal waterproofing membrane product.

Composite Sound Control Underlayment - LV-200

PROFLEX™ LV-200 is an advanced composite sound control underlayment utilizing a combination of 100% recycled products to achieve superior IIC (Impact Insulation Class) and STC (Sound Transmission Class) sound reduction ratings for use under LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) and LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), Laminate, Engineered Wood and Hardwood. PROFLEX® RCU-200 is an advanced composite sound control underlayment utilizing a combination of natural and engineered products to achieve superior IIC (Impact Insulation Class) and STC (Sound Transmission Class) sound reduction ratings. The product is also easy to install using a direct bond method, and is compatible with a variety of substrates and adhesives. PROFLEX™ RCU-200 thickness is 5mm.

Backer Board

PROFLEX™ Backer Board is made of proprietary and patent pending technology. Ingredients include Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Chloride as the primary components, with additional natural mineral components, woven and non-woven strengthening fibers. PROFLEX Backer Board is manufactured with a patent pending process and formula, using primary components of magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride. The manufacturing process uses less than 50% of the energy consumed to make a comparable Portland cement based wall board, and contains a minimum of 5% transferred post-industrial recycled material, and 100% of manufacturing post-industrial waste is recycled into future production runs.

Feather Finish Skim Coat - Feather Flex

FEATHER FLEX Skim Coat is a high performance, one component product for leveling and smoothing concrete, ceramic and quarry tile, terrazzo, wood, and water insoluble cut-back adhesive prior to the installation of finished flooring like VCT, continuous vinyl flooring, or other standard flooring products. This Portland cement based product mixes easily with water to produce a skim coat that is exceptionally easy to apply, does not require priming, and cures sufficiently for flooring installation in as little as 30 minutes, depending on thickness and drying conditions.

PSP - Pro Stick Patch

PSP (Pro Stick Patch) is a multi-purpose cementitious floor patching compound and skim coat. PSP is a polymer modified product that is capable of being used as a skim coat or patch by simply adjusting the liquid to powder mix ratio. PSP as an "All Purpose" material for the installer who requires product consolidation without giving up quality and performance. PSP also is designed to give maximum pot life, and regains workability by simply remixing without additional water.

SLU - Self Leveling Underlayment

PROFLEX™ SLU is a cement based self-leveling underlayment providing a smooth and flat concrete surface. Installs quickly and can be delivered via pump or pouring methods. The self leveling properties eliminate the need for sanding, grinding, and troweling. For interior use only over primed concrete substrates.

DPU - Deep Pour Underlayment

PROFLEX™ DPU is a self leveling compound of calcium aluminate cement, sand, and proprietary chemicals used to smooth and finish rough interior concrete or wood floors where a fast set is desired within hours. DPU may be applied up to 1 1/2 inches in a single application. Mixes with water, initial Set 3-5 hours, no troweling or grinding, self healing during flowing and working time, light weight and superior strength.

SP 1 - Super Prime 1

PROFLEX SP1 Multipurpose Sealer / Primer is a pure acrylic based, solvent free product with multiple uses. SP1 may be used as a bonding agent with other Proflex surface preparation products, modified mortars, adhesive, and membranes when adhering to difficult substrates such as gypsum based concrete, epoxy coatings, vct, non-cushioned sheet vinyl, glazed tile, terrazzo, glass, and metal. SP1 can also be used to prime metal and resin backed tile to allow for modified mortar installation. *SP1 can also be used to encapsulates old adhesive residue, (including cut-back asphalt adhesive)

Resin Based Sealer - MB-25

PROFLEX™ MB-25 is a two component, epoxy reaction resin based sealer for professional flooring installation over damp sub floors.MB-25 will mitigate moisture pressure from a humid sub floor to an acceptable level for any flooring installation. It will bridge minor cracks in the sub floor. MB-25 spreads easily and creates a dust free surface ready for safe installation of flooring. It increases the bonding of subsequently applied primers, leveling compounds and/or adhesives.

Moisture Guard Sound Control - MGSC

PROFLEX™ MGSC is a single component moisture curing urethane. Designed for easy trowel on application over concrete. MGSC flows to achieve uniform coverage when applied and cures overnight to form a low tack, elastic membrane. MGSC is environmentally superior to most alternative moisture retardation systems, possessing very low V.O.C and odor.

Grout Admixture - GROUT GUARD

PROFLEX™ GROUT GUARD is a water based, environmentally friendly low V.O.C. grout admixture. Use of Grout Guard eliminates the need for topical sealers.
