The Speak Around Window system we offer at Quikserv balances reliable bullet-resistant protection with a clean aesthetic design, the perfect service window combination. This unit operates by allowing a 1/2" spacing between the frame and the glass glazing, which allows natural sound transfer and ensures more personable face-to-face interactions with all customers while still providing bullet-resistant protection. This design alleviates the need for a speaker portal or other visual obstructions in the glass glazing, without sacrificing the protection of those standing on the interior side of the service window. This product is ideal for interior applications, and is commonly relied on by banks and financial service companies, to allow for effective customer service while still providing protection from would-be armed robbers and thieves. We have three standard sizes available, as well as custom sizing options to suit your project or business.

This 32-1/4″W x 49-1/4″H unit is an economical fixed glass panel and transaction drawer combination unit. This can be glazed with Level 1 or 3 bullet-resistant glazing. This unit has either the manual or electric pharmacy drawer already installed in the framing. This one piece unit comes with mounting brackets for easy installation at the job site. Dade County Approved (NOA - 16-0614.04) State of Florida Approval (FBC - FL-23318) The hurricane impact versions come with Level 1 or Level 3 bullet-resistant, hurricane-impact glass.
QSP-713S: Unit Size: 32-1/4″W x 49-1/4″H
This 60"W x 53 1/2"H pass-thru unit includes a fixed glass panel and transaction drawer combo. The unit can include Level 1 or Level 3 bullet-resistant glazing, one of our three pharmacy drawers and an optional nighttime drop slot. This combo unit can also include a single station intercom to complete this entire package. Each drawer is Level 1 bullet-resistant in the closed position so that your employees remain safe while they work the drive-thru area. MODEL BRDW1-4855 This transaction window and drawer combination unit offers daytime operation through either a self-closing manual slider or a bullet-resistant manual slider and nighttime operation through the transaction drawer. This unit may be ordered in Level 1 bullet-resistant glazing. We offer two different drawers that work in conjunction with the slider pictured: QSB-12S or QSP-713S. MODEL BRDW1-4851 (not shown) This is a smaller version of Model BRDW1-4855 using the QSP-713 transaction drawer. This combination unit offers daytime operation through either a self-closing manual slider or a bullet-resistant manual slider and nighttime operation through the transaction drawer. Standard glazing is 1/4" clear tempered safety glass; however, this unit may be ordered in Level 1 bullet-resistant glazing.

Transaction drawer models QSP-713 and QSP-713S (speaker) offer a hefty transfer area. These units were designed as pharmacy drawers to provide easy performance when transferring large and bulky items. These transaction drawers are large enough to efficiently pass the largest of prescriptions, as well as convenience items like bags of ice, a gallon of milk, or a fridge pack of beverages. Smaller items such as credit cards, cash, and prescriptions can be easily transported as well.
These transaction drawer units were designed specifically for the drive-thru industry. The transfer of smaller items such as cash, prescriptions, and products is done through a generous transfer area of this transaction drawer. This drawer now extends 15″ from the exterior edge of the drawer. This helps get the drawer closer to your customer's vehicle.
Transaction drawer models QST-1019 and 1019S (speaker) offer versatility with two transfer areas. Larger items such as a gallon of milk, a bag of ice, or a 12-pack are smoothly passed from the attendant to the customer. Smaller items such as cash, credit cards, and coins are transferred using the dual-purpose security deal tray. Both transactions occur simultaneously allowing for greater efficiency. Optional call buttons can be added to make a complete drive-thru or walk-up package.

Quikserv's transparent bullet-resistant package receiver allows the transfer of large bulky items through a common wall while keeping all parties and transactions safe and secure. The doors have an interlocking device that ensures that only one door can be open at any given time. The customer side door comes with an automatic door closer and an internal lock for night time security. These package receivers come in either Level 1 or Level 3 protection.
