Preservative Treated Wood Safety

When handling and using preservative treated wood, precaution should be taken to use and dispose of the material properly. Many of these common sense precautions also apply to untreated wood and other building materials. The state of California has additional consumer notification requirements with regards to Wood Dust and the state's Proposition 65 program.
