Sealants - MPE-1 & BTL-1

MPE-1 and BTL-1 are high performance sealants for use in most masonry construction applications.

MPE-1 is a paintable, gray, modified polyether. It is permanently elastic, freeze-thaw stable, and is the lowest VOC high-performance sealant available. (LEED® compliant). MPE-1 is not for use with TPO.

BTL-1 is a black butyl sealant that is permanently elastic and tacky, and freeze-thaw stable. BTL-1 is ideal for use with TPO. Both sealants are single component, moisture cured, and come in 10.3 oz. tubes.
