DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

EXECUTION
EXAMINATION
Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly constructed and prepared.
If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect in writing of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.
PREPARATION
Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation. Verify existing construction is suitable to receive metal panels.
Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
INSTALLATION
Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, approved submittals and in proper relationship with adjacent construction.
Install panels in a sequential pattern as recommended by manufacturer.
Strippable plastic film may remain in place during installation, after removal from areas of concealed or joined pieces. Remove film to avoid embrittlement from exposure.
Do not cut with power saws or abrasive blades.
CLEANING AND PROTECTION
Clean products in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
Touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before Substantial Completion.
