Johns Manville Formaldehyde-free™ fiberglass insulation provides thermal and accoustical control for both vertical and horizontal applications. Fiberglass insulation is available in a wide range of thermal resistance R-values and is available unfaced or with a variety of facings, including kraft or foil.

Johns Manville Attic Protector® Formaldehyde-free™ premium blow-in fiberglass insulation offers effective thermal and acoustical performance. Installed with a portable blowing machine, it's perfect for covering hard-to-reach areas within attics and provides a more efficient installation for homeowners or remodeling professionals.

JM Formaldehyde-free™ Cavity-SHIELD™ fiberglass batts are made of long, resilient glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin. A wide range of thicknesses are available to provide NFPA 13 compliant passive fire protection in lieu of sprinklers for horizontal floor-ceiling cavities. Cavity-SHIELD fiberglass batts are available unfaced.

Johns Manville Climate Pro® Formaldehyde-free™ blow-in, loose-fill fiberglass insulation offers thermal and sound control along with fire resistance. One bag of Climate Pro provides 77.1 square feet of R-30 coverage. Engineered for professional use with high-volume blowing machines, it's ideal for attics, nonconforming spaces and hard-to-reach areas making the job faster and easier.

Johns Manville ComfortTherm® poly-encapsulated thermal and acoustical insulation offers R-Values up to R-30 and is available in precut batts to fit standard wall cavities or rolls for custom installation in any size of wall cavity. ComfortTherm® insulation is wrapped in plastic for dust-free, itch-free installation, and can be used in a wide variety of wood frame, engineered wood and steel frame construction applications, including new construction and retrofit.

Johns Manville Formaldehyde-free™ FSK-25 thermal and acoustical fiberglass insulation is available in R-Values up to R-30, and is offered in precut batts to fit standard wall cavities. FSK-25 faced batts combine fire resistance with excellent vapor resistance, and can be used in a wide variety of wood frame, engineered wood and steel frame construction applications, including new construction and retrofit. FSK-25 batts are designed with a foil facer that can be left exposed where codes permit.

Johns Manville Panel Deck FSK-25 Formaldehyde-free™ thermal and acoustical insulation is available in R-Values up to R-30 and combines fire resistance with an excellent vapor retarder. Panel Deck FSK-25 insulation is offered in precut batts with extra-wide tabs for modular roof deck applications and other specialty commercial applications. This product is designed with a foil facer that can be left exposed where codes permit.

Johns Manville Spider® Plus Formaldehyde-free™ blow-in fiberglass insulation uses interlocking fiber technology to fill all gaps and voids quickly with no adhesive or netting for a faster installation. Spider Plus provides complete coverage, with no shrinking or settling, resulting in superior thermal performance and sound control. Johns Manville CI Max® Polyiso Foam Continuous Insulation is available in R-Values up to R-26 and provides a layer of insulation to reduce thermal bridging and improve energy efficiency. CI Max Continuous Insulation is designed for exposed interior applications and is approved for use without a thermal barrier. It is suitable for wall or ceiling applications in residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial buildings. 

Johns Manville R-Panel® rigid roof insulation board offers R-Values of up to R-23.6, providing high thermal efficiency. R-Panel is manufactured with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to fiberglass-reinforced facers and designed for use over metal, nailable and non-nailable roof decks with a variety of membrane systems. R-Panel meets the International Building Code requirements for a foamed plastic roof insulation.

Johns Manville CladStone™ Water & Fire Block insulation is manufactured from inorganic fibers derived from volcanic rock. Advanced manufacturing technology ensures consistent product quality, with high-fiber density and low shot content for excellent performance. Noncombustible, with water-repellent properties, it is ideal for exterior cavity wall and rainscreen applications. Available in 4 densities, CladStone 45 (4.5pcf), CladStone 60 (6.0 pcf), CladStone 80 (8.0 pcf) and CladStone 110 (11.0 pcf).

Johns Manville Sound & Fire Block® mineral wool batts are noncombustible and moisture-resistant. The high-density fibers in mineral wool help delay the spread of fire and reduce noise transfer in interior walls and between ceilings and floors.

Johns Manville has partnered with No-Burn, Inc. to offer No-Burn Plus ThB. This tintable white, thin film intumescent coating can be applied over JM open- and closed-cell polyurethane foams. When exposed to high temperatures and flame it intumesces, which creates a char-barrier to reduce heat transfer and surface burning in the event of a fire. This nontoxic, water-based coating complies with IRC and IBC and can serve in lieu of otherwise code-prescribed thermal barriers.

Johns Manville PEBS Unfaced Filler Blanket Formaldehyde-Free™ insulation offers an R-Value of up to R-49, with sound control and fire resistance for roofs and walls. PEBS is an economical, general-purpose fiberglass designed as filler material for use in both new construction and retrofits of pre-engineered metal buildings. It's easy to cut with a utility knife and the blanket can be friction-fit easily in standard pre-engineered metal framing.

Johns Manville Linacoustic® R-300 is a rigid fiberglass board that is specifically designed for lining HVAC plenums and air distribution ductwork, and meets or exceeds all ASTM C 1071 Type II duct liner requirements. Johns Manville's Microlite® Standard  duct wrap is a thermal and acoustical blanket insulation made from flame attenuated glass fibers. This product provides a solution for a variety of applications that require thermal and acoustical performance.

Johns Manville's Microlite® Vinyl duct wrap is a thermal insulation made from flame attenuated glass fibers. It is made with a phenolic binder and laminated onto a white, vinyl facing. Microlite Vinyl delivers a high tensile strength core for improved handling and easy installation.

Johns Manville 800 Series Spin-Glas® equipment and external duct insulation provides a broad range of solutions to meet your unique application needs. The breadth and depth of our product availability includes plain, FSK, AP (ASJ), or Ultra (poly-top) faced board, where the facing acts as a vapor retarder. You can be assured you are getting the same superior performance from the facing as the insulation because we manufacture both to the highest quality standards. 800 Series Spin-Glas board is easily fabricated for an excellent finished appearance on duct and equipment systems.

Microlite® White PSK Formaldehyde-free™ duct wrap offers superior thermal performance and condensation control in a lightweight, blanket-type insulation with a white PSK facing. It is recommended for HVAC system exteriors or surfaces where design parameters prohibit the use of liner or board. Installing contractors prefer Microlite's binder for many reasons, including improved handling, easier cutting and less dust. Our manufacturing process ensures consistency during production, which results in reliable product quality. Matching White PSK seaming tape is available.

Microlite® Black PSK Formaldehyde-free™ duct wrap offers excellent thermal control with the added benefit of a black-coated PSK facing that is ideal for aesthetic applications. It is recommended for exposed applications inside the building envelope, such as open ceilings with exposed duct work. Our manufacturing process ensures insulation consistency during production, which results in reliable product quality. Microlite Black PSK meets the UL requirements for 25/50 flame spread/smoke developed. Matching Black PSK seaming tape is available.

The XSPECT® ISOfoam APF board is a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to a foil facer on both sides. It is a highly versatile insulation that can be used in a variety of mechanical and OEM applications, including rooftop ducts, appliances, HVAC equipment, refrigerated transportation, storage vessels, and railcars.

XSPECT ISOfoam APF board offers one of the highest R-values of any rigid insulation available, making it ideal for both hot and cold applications. The foil facer on the insulation operates as an excellent vapor-retarder, working in tandem with the closed cell foam to contribute to a tightly sealed system. Additionally, the lightweight foam makes it easy to fabricate and install.

The Microlite® PSK Duct Wrap Seaming Tape is designed to provide a vapor barrier seal on JM's PSK-faced Microlite duct insulations. The tape is offered in white or black to match the two color offerings (white and black) of our PSK-faced Microlite duct insulations. Microlite seaming tape is tear-resistant and offers a super high-tack, acrylic adhesive that bonds tightly to surfaces. The tape can be used on applications that operate within a wide temperature range: -20°F – 260°F/-29°C -126°C.

Designed for residential and commercial HVAC applications, Flex-Glas® PC Formaldehyde-free™ flexible duct insulation provides excellent acoustical and thermal performance versus metal ducts. The product is manufactured using our HERMax high-performance rotary fiberization process. Flex-Glas PC also has a lightweight, highly resilient, fiberglass core specifically designed for use in the manufacture of finished insulated flexible ducts. JM has reinvented pallet design with our new patent pending E3 Pallet™ Technology for our HVAC board insulation products. The E3 Pallet™ Technology is designed to make it cheaper and easier to recycle and reuse our 4x8 and 4x10 pallets – pallet sizes that are typically very costly to recycle and/or send to a landfill.
