WiseCoat® Concrete & Paver Acrylic Sealer is a premium, high-performance, single-component, 30% acrylic solids, low VOC (400 g/l), sealer designed for exterior concrete surfaces and pavers such as driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways, and more. As with most concrete acrylics, it is vapor permeable and readily applies outside. Perfect for new concrete/paver application or a yearly maintenance recoating!

Available in 5-gallon pails, our Concrete Acrylic Sealer has been specially formulated for extreme climates where a low VOC sealer is required. Its nano-sealer technology deeply penetrates and reacts internally with cement, slowing moisture migration and efflorescence and intensifying bond capacity. Even in warmer climates the slower evaporating solvents will not show a "cotton candy" effect before the applicator can finish a tight, smooth surface. Order deck tiles and pedestals in accordance to the measurement of the total area to be tiled to determine the number of deck tiles and pedestals needed. Create a planning guide of the layout area with a grid pattern to scale for the size of the deck tiles.

Attention to, and inspection of hardwood deck tiles and pedestals must be completed prior to installation. Drawings of the deck tile pattern, layout grid, threshold starting point, and finished elevation should be shown on a architectural planning guide. Plans, CAD drawings and/or illustrations should be prepared and approved by an accredited architect or construction designer. Owner approval and sign-off of plans should be in writing and documented.

Installing deck tile pedestals is not an exact science and considerations must be made to accommodate different situations. The number of deck tile pedestals required is directly proportional to the number of hardwood tiles to be installed.

First and foremost, you need a planning guide and drawing of the installation area with a proportional deck tile layout grid. (Plans, CAD drawings and/or illustrations should be prepared and approved by an accredited architect or construction designer.) This will show where each hardwood deck tile will be placed.

The number of pedestals required for your specific area will depend on the following:

• Total number of hardwood deck tiles used

• The dimensions of the hardwood deck tiles (24" x 24")

• The shape of the installation area

• Drainage areas and the number of drains

• Any anticipated heavy load on the deck
